Yes, same-day flower delivery is available in many cities across Canada when orders are placed before the local cut-off time. Availability may vary by location and delivery date.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Yes - but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes are subject to a $10 administration fee, and during holidays, changes are not guaranteed due to high order volume. Contact our customer support team any time to resolve any issues.
Can I cancel my flower order?
Cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order are free. Orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Note: All holiday orders are final sale. Contact our customer support team for any issues.
What are the delivery hours for Florist.ca?
Deliveries to residential addresses occur between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for businesses. We do not deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays, except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. For our full delivery policy, please click here.
