Shipping Policy
There are two delivery options:
1. Regular Delivery (Next Day) — $14.99
Orders will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses, and between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to business addresses, on the delivery date selected.
2. Same-Day Delivery — $19.98
Our production facilities provide same-day delivery within Greater Toronto, Ottawa, Greater Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, and Greater Vancouver.
For deliveries outside these areas, overnight courier service will be used, with delivery typically occurring on the next business day. Saturday delivery is only available within same-day delivery zones.
Within same-day delivery areas, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. local time may be delivered by 5:00 p.m. to business addresses and by 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses.
Important Delivery Information
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. local delivery time that request next-day delivery will be subject to a $4.99 delivery surcharge.
During peak holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, deliveries may occur after 7:00 p.m. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed during these periods.
If fulfillment on the requested delivery date is not possible, we may contact the sender or recipient to request a change to the delivery date. If either the sender or recipient agrees to the change, the order will be delivered on the agreed-upon date.
If we are unable to reach the sender or recipient after multiple attempts, we may reschedule the delivery for the following day without additional confirmation.
No Recipient or Incorrect Address
Please provide delivery instructions explaining how we should proceed if no one is available to receive the gift, such as leaving it with a neighbour or in a designated area.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will use their discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, and other relevant circumstances.
If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, an additional redelivery fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.

Additional Terms
We do not deliver on Sundays, except when Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day falls on a Sunday. We also do not deliver on statutory holidays, including New Year’s Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other natural events. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these circumstances.
