Delivery Information
We offer two delivery options:
1. Regular Delivery (Next Day) – $14.99

Delivery to residential addresses: between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Delivery to business addresses: between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
2. Same Day Delivery – $19.98

Available in Toronto & the GTA, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, and Greater Vancouver.

Orders placed by 1 p.m. local time will be delivered the same day (by 5 p.m. to businesses and by 7 p.m. to residences).

Outside these areas, we ship via overnight courier.

Saturday delivery is only available within the Same Day delivery zones.

No deliveries on Sundays or statutory holidays (except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day).
Important Notes:

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. for next-day delivery will include a $4.99 surcharge.

During high-volume holidays, delivery may occur after 7:00 p.m.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Please provide clear instructions in case the recipient is not available (e.g., leave with neighbor).

Incorrect addresses may result in a re-delivery fee.
Changes & Cancellations
We get it — plans change. Here's how to handle updates:

You can make changes or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it at no charge.

After 1 hour, a $10 fee applies for changes and $25 fee for cancellations.

We cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or shipped.

Orders placed during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) are final.
Refunds & Product Issues
We take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers — but if something went wrong, we’ll make it right.

Quality complaints must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Please send a photo of the issue along with your order number and description to [email protected].

If damage is confirmed, we’ll resend your product at no additional cost.
- If you have lilies in your order, they will often arrive in bud form. This is to increase the life of your flower arrangement. Refunds will not be issued in the case of buds being closed.
Payments & Currency

Orders placed outside of Canada are charged in USD.

Applicable provincial taxes are added based on the delivery destination.
