1. Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery across major cities in Canada if you place your order before 1 PM (local time). Same-day delivery costs $19.98.

2. Do you deliver to hospitals, offices, or funeral homes?
Yes, we do. Just make sure to provide the full name, address, and any important delivery instructions when placing your order.
3. Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
We do not deliver on Sundays or major Canadian holidays such as New Year’s Day, Easter, Canada Day, and Christmas. Exceptions are made for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, even if they fall on a Sunday.
4. Can I include a personal message with my flowers?
Absolutely. Every order comes with a free small gift card for your personal message. If you’d like to upgrade to a full-size greeting card, you can add it during checkout.
5. Do you offer gift add-ons like chocolates or balloons?
